REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

How subscriptions renew
Creator plans are monthly subscriptions. The price is shown before you subscribe and your plan renews each month at that price until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from Your subscriptions at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
We don’t give refunds for partial months or for picks that lose. A creator’s picks are opinions — results are never guaranteed.
Charged twice or by mistake?
If you were charged twice or charged in error, email support@getstatd.com within 7 days of the charge and we’ll refund that charge.
Questions about a charge
Contact us at support@getstatd.com before filing a dispute with your bank so we can fix it quickly. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
